Questions Before You Start?
1. Can I start without a CAD drawing?
Yes. You can start with a sketch, reference image or written description. Share your preferred dimensions, materials and any important details. We’ll review your idea and explain the design work needed before sampling.
2. What is the minimum quantity for a custom design?
The MOQ is confirmed according to the design and production requirements. It applies separately to each design, color and size; different options cannot be combined to meet the minimum. Please provide the quantity required for each option when requesting a quotation.
3. What are the mold and development fees?
When a new mold is required, the mold fee is USD 80 per design. We will specify what this fee includes and identify any additional design or sampling charges in your quotation. Costs are confirmed before development begins.
4. Can I request changes after reviewing the sample?
Yes. Sampling gives you an opportunity to review the shape, dimensions, fit and finish before approving production. Send your feedback together so we can assess the requested changes. Revisions may affect the cost and timeline; we’ll confirm any adjustments before proceeding.
5. Can you help with branding and packaging?
We can review your requirements for logo placement, jewelry cards, pouches, boxes and labels, and discuss suitable options. Availability depends on the product and packaging specifications. Please share your artwork or references so we can confirm feasibility, minimum quantities, additional costs and lead times.
6. What information should I send for a quotation?
Please include the product type, sketches or reference images, estimated quantity per design, preferred material and finish, and any dimensions or size requirements. Your delivery country, target delivery date and branding or packaging needs will also help us prepare a relevant quotation. If you’re unsure about any details, send what you have and we’ll clarify the rest with you.
7. How is shipping charged?
Shipping is quoted separately based on shipment weight and the selected courier service. Please provide your delivery country and postal code. We will email you the shipping cost for confirmation before dispatch.
Let’s Discuss Your Design
Send your sketch or product reference, preferred material, quantity per design, color and size, and delivery country.
We’ll review production feasibility and provide a quote with any development costs and an estimated schedule.
Tip: A sketch, product reference or short description is enough to start the conversation.
